The Sports Hall will feature a fun packed timetable of activities including Zorbing, Trampolining, Badminton, Table tennis and football. The Astro pitches will offer coaching and game play sessions, while the outdoor tennis courts will give visitors the chance to have a knock about.

The Sir Ben Ainslie Sports Centre is keen to throw open its doors to the public to show off its facilities. For Adults there will be the opportunity to try out exercise classes and gym with advice from qualified fitness experts, while the kids take part in the organised activities in the sports hall.

In the swimming pool kids will also have the opportunity to have a go on our ‘Shiver me timbers’ inflatable obstacle course all for free.

“We’re delighted to be offering this free open day at the Sir Ben Ainslie Sports Centre” says manager Amy Blackford. “This is a fantastic opportunity for people to get together with friends and come and try out something new. We will have activities for all the family so we are urging the local community to come and check out our facilities and enjoy the great taster sessions on offer”.
