Free weight exercises enable the muscles to contract through a fuller range of motion giving an advanced muscle workout.
Our designated free weights are is equip with dumbells from 2.5 to 35 kg (in 2.5kg increments). It also hosts a variety of benches, Olympic bars, bumper plates and squat rack.
