Club Support Administrator

Part Time, 25 hours per week

£12,600pa (based on a FTE 0.66, equivalent to £9.74 per hour)

Start Date: TBC 

We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and gym loving Administrator to join our Sports Centre team. The main focus of this role is to provide daily administrative, sales and financial support to the Sports Centre Manager to ensure the smooth running, and growth, of the Centre. Our preferred candidate will have excellent administration skills and be able to work under their own initiative. They must be able to plan their time effectively and have exceptional communication skills whilst maintaining a calm and helpful manner when dealing with our clients, students and stakeholders. It is expected that our candidate will provide cover for other roles within the Centre, including our Sports Assistant/Lifeguards, therefore a National Pool Lifeguard qualification is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.

Depending on Government advice in place at the time of interview, we may utilise virtual or remote interview processes.
